Michael Matthews (he/him) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Public Speaker, working in Washington State. He specializes in work with adults and has experience supporting them with depression, anxiety, trauma processing, parenting, religious trauma, sexual health, and relationships. He has been working in counseling since 2017.

His approach utilizes a combination of evidence based practices to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. He prides himself on his ability to take the intimidating subject of mental health counseling and make it approachable, understandable, and accessible for his clients, especially men, who aren’t always encouraged to address psychological challenges.

Michael currently has availability for both in-person and Telehealth appointments. He is in-network Premera insurance and private pay.
